Ogirikan is a boutique gallery in Lagos, Nigeria, selling and buying contemporary and modern African art, founded in 2018. Their mission is to recognize and promote excellent works by artists from diverse backgrounds, particularly those early in their careers. Their goal is to continue exposing artists with diverse points of view while fostering numerous types of creativity. Creativity can be summed up in one defining quality: the artist's capacity to generate new ideas and put them to use in their work, whether those ideas or processes are considered to be successful. Ogirikan promotes abstract, figurative, conceptual, and digital art, as well as NFT. Finally, they verify that the artworks they carry are of excellent quality. They also organize an annual miniature art fair with other galleries in Lagos.
