Kazi ni kazi is a radio program that we listen to on local country radio, where people come and talk about their journey from nothing to something big. Where people discuss how hard work, commitment and consistency will bring success in your life, no matter what you do as long as you don't give, it will bring smiles on your face when you get to the top, where you always wanted to reach. Actually kazi ni kazi means no matter what a job is, a job is a job. That radio program's main goal is to push and encourage everyone to work. We have heard people who dug trenches and pit and now they are successful more than we could ever think. Wiseman once said opportunity will find you at the work site or in the work not in the bed.

My name is Noah Bugingo, I was born 1994, I am from Kigali, Rwanda. I am a self taught artist who started to draw while I was 5 years old. I exhibited in group exhibition my democracy at US embassy Rwanda 2014, I participated in Weaverbird Art camp residency in Kampala Uganda in 2015,and I am first  prize winner awarded in IPRC Kigali multitalent show 2017. My artworks are displayed nationally. I use pencil and charcoal but nowadays, my primary medium is acrylic on canvas. Through my artworks, I work on themes relating to rural Africa and its people, as well as animals and nature. Fusing impressionism with cubism and realism, I do impressionism painting with flat brush strokes techniques more often.
