Biography
Nikola Magdolenova is a contemporary artist from Slovakia. Her work is based on the conventional techniques of the great masters, representatives of European art, such as Rembrandt, Vermeer, or William Adolphe Bouguereau, with a tendency toward academicism and classical figurative painting and drawing.
The artist is also marginally involved in landscape painting, but the bulk of her work is figurative and portraiture. Her work is an intriguing blend of neoclassicism and fantasy genre, which animates the work in different senses. Last but not least, she is also a digital artist who creates concepts, designs and illustrations for games.
