Autumn in Hanoi is sunny, the season of leaves overflowing, the rows of trees have turned yellow on the old streets of the familiar season, the leaves fall a yellow color covering the streets. So a lucky pig season comes back. Autumn is the most beautiful season of this place, the season of red-leafed eagle, the season with fragrant milk flowers on the familiar streets. Somewhere on the yellow-sunlit streets, in this season rows of tamarind trees, yellow-leafed crocodile trees flood the road with the wind to the end of the road, sidewalk stalls, small street stalls, street vendors and sound Cycloids jammed on the street corner in the afternoon ... Autumn in Hanoi rang the afternoon bell on the corner of the cathedral ... A Hanoi in me was so beautiful and peaceful.

Ngoc Quan Le is a contemporary Vietnamese painter. With nearly eighteen years devoted to the art of oil painting, Quan Le's work transcends the mere visual realm. Rather than simply capturing what meets the eye, his creations delve deep into the emotions and sentiments that stir within his heart. His captivating oeuvre is characterized by an exciting impressionist style, infused with elements of cubism, expressionism, and semi-abstract contemporary art.

Quan Le's chosen themes often revolve around landscapes, architectural marvels, and urban settings. However, he approaches these subjects with a unique perspective, simplifying them to a certain extent. This simplification allows him to leave ample room for the viewer's imagination and memory to play a role in interpreting his art. For Quan Le, each stroke of the brush is an opportunity to unearth the chaotic and fragmented memories of his humble, rugged, and challenging childhood. Through his artistry, he transports viewers to a realm of joy and nostalgia—a place akin to a "neverland," a distant memory of seasons long past.

Over the years, Quan Le's dedication to his craft has manifested through active participation in numerous domestic and international exhibitions, spanning from 2000 to 2018. His commitment to the art community was further underscored by his membership in the Artist Club from 2001 to 2004. In 2013, he proudly showcased his solo exhibition at Thang Long Gallery, Hanoi. Additionally, Quan Le contributed his artistic talents to a noble cause, participating in a fundraising program organized by Vietnam Art Space in 2018, aimed at building a school.

In tandem with his role as an artist, Quan Le has collaborated with Thang Long Gallery since 2012, solidifying his presence in Hanoi's artistic landscape. His works have found a place in private collections across the globe, with discerning collectors hailing from Germany, France, China, Hong Kong, Spain, Austria, the United States, Switzerland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Japan, Portugal, Singapore, and, of course, his homeland, Vietnam.
