 Discovery of painting during childhood at the family home. Lyrical abstraction and acrylic quickly became popular. What is she looking for? The appearance and the light, the projection of the soul through colors, movements, frequencies and vibrations.

Lyrical abstraction has its preference for gesture, flights, the expression of the unconscious which comes to be projected on the canvas. She paints flat, on the floor without ever preparing her colors which are projected and mixed on the canvas. She goes into the unknown. She doesn't know what she's going to paint. She lets the hand, the imagination, existence and feelings speak freely. Painting is for her pure energy, movements of life in all directions. Forms appear, which sometimes can refer to a reality: a face, an animal form, a semblance of a landscape ...

She does not fit a slick creation. That the traces of work show through both on the canvas and off the field suits him.

Some canvases are repainted for a new adventure ... others can look at each other in their four senses for each time a new unveiling. It is not uncommon for the canvas to be worked by turning around it.

Classical music accompanies her in the workshop which she joins every Sunday. This day bears symbolic imprints, combines the absence of time, ritual, finitude and restarting. The rhythm of the music drives the gesture of painting. Body and mind follow the ripples. Since the 2000s, she has visited exhibitions in the capital and in the provinces more and more assiduously and read books on art and pictorial movements with a preference for the twentieth century. Painting fascinates her. She still seems inaccessible to him.

Looking at painting and painting are insane acts, repeated over and over again to go from discovery to discovery, always with that joy and that dissatisfaction which means that everything must start over.

She dares to exhibit from 39 years. First collective exhibition in 2009 in Cherbourg; then every year from 2017 she participates in group exhibitions.

For the association "Art en Avenir", and out of passion, it organizes thematic group exhibitions on each side of the bay of Mont Saint Michel in Granville in the Upper Town every spring and in Beauvoir at the Cuny room the first 15 days of month of August since 2017. A few professional figurative and abstract painters and sculptors from La Manche, neighboring departments or elsewhere have come together by combining the poetic text to give meaning and promote the creations of our contemporaries.
