I was born on July 7, 1983 in Austin, Tx. I have lived in the small town Elgin for most of my life.

When asked when did I decide I wanted to be an artist, I have to say that Art has always

been a part of my life. It started when I was a small child, but of course I didn't know then that

I wanted to be an artist. It was just something that I liked to do.

I think that when I decided that I wanted to be an artist was when I was in the 6th grade when I

took my first art class at Booker T. Washington Middle School.

In High School I took four more years of art classes. But other than that I have had no other

formal art education. I have learned many new art techniques through trial and error as many

artist do.

When I was fifteen I started working on artworks outside of school. My grandmother bought me

some canvas, some paint and some brushes. The first painting I created was "Magical Garden",

which I gave to my grandmother.

Soon I started working on Native American Paintings. Where have they gone? Well, when my father

saw the first Native American Painting "Native American Dance" He had to have it. So, Every Native

American Painting I have ever done is now on the wall of my fathers house! Soon other members of

my family were calling me to do custom paintings for them.

My first Gallery Expierience was in a local art gallery called "Depot st Gallery". The owner saw

my work and agreed to show it in the gallery. A short time later, the gallery shut down and was taken over

by a new owner. The name was changed and I was told that my art wouldn't fit in there.

Trying again and unable to get into other galleries, I developed my own website. This first

Website was not my own dot com, but it helped me get a little exposure. Years and Many artworks later

I have Finally got my own dot com.

I decided almost a year ago that I was going to try and Show/Sell my artwork at local festivals.

Elgin Western Days and Elgin Hogeye Festival.

Now, I work on many new artworks, mostly fantasy art. It is very hard for me not to work on my art.

I only allow myself a couple of days after I complete one before I begin a new one.

Thank You for Reading My Bio.
