Op mijn website komt u abstracte kunst tegen in allerlei vormen.
Ik bestudeer en observeer al mijn gehele leven de dingen om mij heen. Daardoor heb ik oog voor detail ontwikkeld. Als kleuter zag ik op een dag een boterbloem tussen de tegels op het schoolplein. Ik ging er voor zitten en was verrukt van de kleuren, de glans en de schoonheid ervan.
Nog steeds kan ik geobsedeerd raken door kleuren, vormen of een bijzondere lichtinval.
Schilderen maakt mij gelukkig. Het geeft mij een diepe ontspanning in de chaos van de wereld om mij heen.
MCDesigns is geen grote commerciële onderneming. Aan mijn werk besteed ik veel tijd en aandacht. Ieder werk is uniek en handgemaakt. De werken worden gesigneerd met mijn initialen MC.
Ik maak gebruik van de allerbeste materialen, zodat u als koper verzekerd bent van kwaliteit.
Als een werk klaar is en voldoende uitgehard, werk ik het doorgaans af met een coating zodat het een sterke beschermlaag krijgt.
