It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Comme Obélix, suis tombé dedans tout jeune. Non pas dans un chaudron, mais plutôt dans un tube de gouache.
Une adolescence à crayonner, à user gomme et crayons de couleur. Pas les moyens d'aller dans une école style Beaux Arts. Alors, on se fait plaisir. Pour soi, Uniquement pour soi et le simple et véritable plaisir de dessiner. Musique collée aux oreilles et bien souvent (jeunesse oblige) une canette à portée de main.
Puis vint la fin 2019 (quand même à 61 ans passé) la découverte et l'achat d'une tablette graphique ! Houlà, Bonhomme, tu as trop rêvé aux graphistes et autres talentueux caricaturistes du web. On s'essaie, on tripote et, impatient de nature, j'abandonne vite les tutos. Et je plonge dans ce petit monde qu'on définit comme digital painting. Ce site vous aidera sûrement à voir les avantages de cette technique que je ne maîtrise pas forcément, mais comme dit la chanson d'Herbert Leonard :"Pour le plaisir..."
