"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.

Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Michael Bell
(American, b. 1959)
I was born and raised in Torrance, California. I had an idyllic childhood in what was once a small pacific coast beach town with miles of open fields. In my twenties I moved to Los Angeles and in 2002 I relocated to Palm Desert, where I currently reside.
I have been painting since I was a teenager though not professionally. I began taking it more seriously after I graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Music/Composition in 1982. During the 1980’s I painted mostly abstract works; during the 1990’s I became more interested in realism, portraiture and landscapes.
Since 2020 I have been working with oil paints and palette knives exclusively. I paint on canvas, linen and gesso-treated masonite.
