Mathilda de Carpentry discovers a new means of expression by working the technique of the painting under glass. Inspired by the medieval and Persian illuminations which she likes, she works in the style of these miniaturists who created images of a beauty which fascinates us. The luminosity of these masterpieces of past, reinterpreted by this artist, saw revised under its brush, thanks to the magic of the glass and to the mystery which it confers on the images which it protects. Mathilda is known by numerous exhibitions and her works are present in museums and of numerous collections in France and abroad.
