I studied Fine Art to Degree level (BA Hons) in Newcastle, UK, primarily in painting and print making. Since then I have illustrated, animated and painted for people and companies large and small.
I have had a very successful career in the performing arts as an actor, physical comedian and clown. I have created theatre shows, circus acts and performed as principal with Cirque Du Soleil.
Throughout my time as a performing artist I have never stopped drawing and painting. In the last few years my body of visual art has grown substantially. Performing worldwide I have revelled in different cultures and geography and this has influenced and informed my work.
The physical landscape and natures eminence, in the smallest and largest sense, affects me emotionally and is reflected in my work.
