Biography
Marta Zawadzka is a contemporary Polish painter. Zawadzka uses vibrant colors combined with technique to create artistic masterpieces. Her work conveys movement and flow, dancing on the canvas in the form of iconic past masters. Fluorescent paint, acrylics and spray paints bring to life icons from the world of art, sport, film, music as well as inspirational leaders of our time.
Marta Zawadzka was born in 1981, in Poland. Her works can be seen in galleries, exhibitions and art fairs in the UK, USA, Monaco, Holland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippines, Belgium, Mexico, India, France, Germany, Dubai, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Indie and Poland. Two of her paintings are part of Standard Chartered’s great global art collection.

2020 March - My painting "Her Face" has become a part of the Satandard Chartered Bank' wonderful global art collection
Rovena Everson (CEO Poland & Head GBS Poland at Standard Chartered Bank) : Art enriches the environment where we live and work. In these challenging times, where health and safety are a key priority, it’s important to remind ourselves of the beauty around us and how art can lift our spirits. This is why I am thrilled to be able to share with you the news that Standard Chartered Poland will be displaying a unique painting by Marta Zawadzka, a Warsaw-based, Polish artist. I have had the opportunity to view some of Martha’s work and enjoy the way she uses vibrant colour and free movement to explore the dynamics of modern life. This portrait of a young woman, created with the use of fluorescent paint and long-lasting dyes, will be displayed at our new office, The Warsaw HUB, where we will relocate later this year. Together with another piece by Marta, which has already been displayed in our head office in London, this painting has recently been added to Standard Chartered’s wonderful global art collection, which includes over 750 portraits displayed in 27 of offices across our global network.
