Marina Zlender

I'm an art historiand and have though a certain knowledge of art in general and of painting. When I started to paint in 2000, it was mostly to be able to express what I see and feel. I was particularly interested in the fauves and in expressionist painting as well as in impressionism. My artistic adventure find its was in my first solo exhibition in Ljubljana in 2008 and since, I had alreary some solo and common expositions in Slovenia, Italy, Tcheque Republic, especially in Venice, Florence, Milan, Prague. I paint mostly in acrylic technique or in oil. My adventure has not finished yet and I'm looking forward to new challenges and new solo expositions in 2025. I get inspired in nature and in my life and I try to express my interior life in my paintings.
