Winter is like a real Snow Queen, sometimes inhospitable and cold, in the company of the wind blowing to the bone, with terrible blizzards, with squeaky frosts. But always gorgeous, in her chic white outfits woven from little snowflakes and adorned with sparkling ice diamonds.
Walking silently on the ground, she will cover every corner with a magical, fluffy, dazzling white blanket. With one wave of her hand, she will dress bushes, trees, roofs of houses in clothes of silver, shimmering and burning with sun glare. This snowy beauty will walk everywhere - through overgrown plains and ravines, through dense forests and wide valleys, along the surfaces of all reservoirs, and every city street. In each place she will leave a piece of herself, she will give everyone a beautiful fur outfit.
It is in winter, looking at all this decoration, that we so want to believe in a fairy tale. It is at this harsh time that even a dull landscape turns into a skillfully painted picture. When everything around sparkles, sparkles, and shimmers, it seems a miracle is just around the corner!

Marina Gavrilova is a contemporary Turkish artist with a deep connection to nature, which has always inspired her work. She discovered her passion for conveying her impressions of the natural world onto canvas, seeing it as a way to express her emotions and experiences. Marina plans to travel extensively, as she believes that new impressions and emotions are the best catalysts for personal transformation, helping to uplift her spirit during the rainy and cloudy moments of life—though she also finds beauty in the rain itself.

Recently, she has been captivated by the sky and clouds, which she finds to be vibrant, dynamic, unpredictable, and expansive.
