Born in Romania and living in Spain since 2003, my experience has not been easy, but I am happy with my achievements and efforts, I want to continue even more: the road is hard but it is worth fighting for something you like.
-My artistic training began when I was little, I have always been attracted to art, it spoke to me, I don't know how to explain it but I felt it and I liked it. I still remember how the tutor did not believe me that I draw, and used to give me low grades.
Until the school principal discovered me and saw my drawings with tulips "I REMEMBER IT", she encouraged me enormously to continue forward and contacted the school's fine arts teacher so that I would have him close. Thanks to the principal and the teacher I have begun to believe in myself and follow my perspectives as an artist. I participated in national and international painting competitions with the school.
At the age of 14 I decided to take a further step in my artistic career. I began to study at the School of Popular Art, which was three years of study, techniques, oil, charcoal, watercolor, guides, tempera, color study, etc.
In these years I have learned a lot about what I should not do. I was rather a bit rebellious. I would connect with the window and listen to the park, and nothing about what is presented in class.
One morning I told the teacher that I was going to end my studies if I did not paint what attracts me, what fills me, what makes my soul vibrate. I see his face as he looks at me and verbally confirms: I am happy for you, because you have left the comfort zone, go and paint what you like.
I know that I like the landscape, what is natural as I see it, but I love it, I will support you and if you have done so and have given me many very helpful tips, and tips to consolidate, strengthen myself and continue on my path.
Years later I began to meet more and more people in the art world where we give each other opinions and communicate with a cup of coffee.
I paint naturally, I love it, I take my photographs of the landscape and the work that I want to paint again I have photographs for my studio.
In the studio I paint what is in photography, simplifying the work to give the artistic touch.
My name is Maricel Buzamurga, a plastic artist with more than 25 years of experience, in front of an easel with a canvas there is nothing that can distract me, only the harmonious color, the brushes and the melody that my soul whispers to me, I love to paint, to see how the captured color gives shape to what you see, it's really Woawwwwww.
