Margarita Ado honed her craft at the Classical Realism Studio of the Kaunas branch of the Vilnius Academy of Arts, where she studied from 2018 to 2022. Her work has been showcased in numerous personal exhibitions, highlighting her evolution as an artist and her diverse creative talents. In 2018, she held exhibitions titled "Miesto dvasia" at both the Kaunas County Public Library and the Panevėžys Židinio Library, featuring her paintings. In 2019, her exhibition "Dvi pusės" at the "Ars et Mundus" gallery in Kaunas, Lithuania, included both paintings and metal assemblages. The year 2020 saw her exhibition "Buitiniai pokalbiai" at the gallery "Balta" in Kaunas, Lithuania, displaying her paintings and metal assemblages. In 2022, she presented "Siuntinys iš praeities" at the gallery "Balta" in Kaunas, Lithuania, showcasing a combination of paintings and metal assemblages. Her latest works were featured in the 2024 exhibition "Pirštų galiukais tarp spalvos ir plieno" at the M. K. Čiurlionis National Museum of Art.
In addition to her solo exhibitions, Margarita Ado has also participated in several group exhibitions. In 2020, she took part in the 8th Samogitian Art Exhibition at the Oginski Palace in Plungė. In 2022, she contributed to the exhibition "Šešėlis/Shadow" at the M. K. Čiurlionis National Museum of Art.
