Seller Marcoleptique
"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.

Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

The story begins with an encounter with a college art teacher in the
late 80's.
Dissipated student, lost in the school institution, he is passionate about this teaching and discovers
then a window, a way out. He feeds avidly on works, on History, and begins a path
inspired by surrealist works.
At the same time, he embarked on computer graphics studies, specializing in typography and signage.
where he acquires a technicality and a mastery of drawing.
Talent and sensitivity are quick to express themselves: watercolour, sculpture and painting are all
supports that allow this artist to compose powerful works, strong messages
satires that point out the inconsistencies of our society.
A good dose of cynicism, sarcastic staging, bright colors give his
paintings a fantasy dimension. Marcoleptic is distinguished by an incisive perception of
outside world that his painting effectively serves.
After having lived and exhibited in Paris, in places as atypical as La Folie en Tête or Le Merle
Moqueur, it is in the south-east of France that Marcoleptic presented to the public for the
first time the iconic series on animals at the "David tattoo" tattoo parlor in Manosque
before being spotted by one of the organizers of Sm'art (contemporary art festival of Aix-en-Provence)
where he exhibited in 2017.
Currently he proposes with "Histoires detaches" to browse his universe by allowing
everyone to project their own imagination onto it. Old books and forgotten scores come back to life and
become intimate objects, strangely recognized, vehicles of sometimes buried feelings.
The “Geographical Histories” series, an extension of the previous one, invites you to explore this geography
news by leaving aside the known world to embrace this universe where the continents
move with a powerful humanity.
