Inspired by "Bateaux de plaisance" by Claude Monet
I have kept deep inside me this little artistic touch that helps make the world more beautiful. I like to think that the aesthetics of works of art are the vector of a simple message: "Our world is worth it."
My sources of inspiration are multiple. Everything begins with an idea, a quote, an event, an indignation or a wonder. For example, Montaigne's phrase "There is no reply so sharp as silent contempt" and the collapse of biodiversity inspired me for the painting "Contempt," which depicts a gorilla (Nature) and a young girl (Humans) sitting back to back. I also draw inspiration from street art, comics, pop art... I like to freely explore different artistic trends.
