Education: B.A.(Fine)Sculpture,From Faculty of Fine Arts,M.S.University of Baroda.
Scholar ship: 1955-1957 National scholar.
1965 - British Council scholarship for teaching methodology in sculpture.
1966: Award of English Speaking Union.
1989: Awarded Outstanding Artist Fellowship of Ministery of Human Resourses India.
Prizes/Awards:1960: First Prize Tempera Bombay State Art Exhibition.
1959:Gold Medal By Indian Sculptor's Association All India Competition.
Gold Medal by Broch District Panchayat for Outstanding Sculptural works in Agricultural
and Industrial Fair.
