Biography
Lukasz Olek is a contemporary Polish painter. He has worked as an applied graphic designer, illustrator, creative and art director with several advertising agencies for more than 15 years. Olek creates mainly dark, large-format abstractions and turpist portraits. Inspired by the works of Francis Bacon, Mark Rothko and Lucian Freud, he frequently uses unconventional materials and techniques in his works to concentrate on the study of texture and color.
Lukasz Olek was born in 1982, in Poland. He exhibited his works nationally.
