"Fine-Arts" prints on paper
It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.

Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Lucien Duhamel is a proven professional photographer. One of the driving forces behind his technique is the desire to establish a personal relationship with the subjects, whether urban or natural environments, that he comes across during his travels. He lets spontaneity and synchronicity spark interactions, as he is fascinated by the intensity of a look, a gesture or a moment.
His photography has evolved over time, going from a collection of images of faces and scenes of ordinary life to the privileged testimony of a discourse with the people and places he encounters. He develops close relationships with his subjects, which turn into shared experiences that allow him to take his photos. It is this close relationship that holds his attention.
Lucien Duhamel was born in Montreal and started photographing at the age of 15 after being inspired by my artist brother Georges. A graduate of the Professional Photography School of Trois-Rivières in 1970, his career is defined by multiple excursions. His photography career really took off in British Columbia, where he lived for ten years. He has participated in numerous individual and group exhibitions across the country.
