Lu Meng

Lu Meng is a self-taught artist living and working in Beijing, China. Before completing her master's degree in Publishing Studies from the University of Stirling in the UK, she worked as a documentary director for China Central Television. Her early experiences in learning Chinese Traditional Painting and training in filmmaking at the Beijing Film Academy have significantly influenced her artistic perspective.

Lu Meng's primary medium includes acrylic painting and digital art, which she employs to convey a fantasy world and the energy transformation between different life forms in a surrealist manner. Her artwork is deeply concerned with themes of life, reflecting a profound will to express the vibrant and transformative nature of existence.
