I started this at the end of March, when the snow had just cleared and all the trees were still bare. There was so much to hope for, including an end to this horrible pandemic. I’ve always loved daffodils and thought what a beautiful sign of spring they are. They always make me smile, even just the thought of them. So, my little vintage ink bottles[...]
I started this at the end of March, when the snow had just cleared and all the trees were still bare. There was so much to hope for, including an end to this horrible pandemic. I’ve always loved daffodils and thought what a beautiful sign of spring they are. They always make me smile, even just the thought of them. So, my little vintage ink bottles were ready and waiting to hold the first blossoms from my garden. I guess you could say this painting is really all about hope.
