Laetitia De Meyer is a contemporary Belgian visual artist. She creates sculpture paintings and is self-taught. She started with collages in 2014. Very quickly, she immersed herself in the material. Relief and texture are the basis of his artistic work "Touching with the eyes". His work as a therapist with visually impaired and blind children who were made to touch textures/shapes has strongly influenced his art. The world has become a big playground for her. She sees everyday objects in a different way. She collects them, accumulates them and sublimates them in order to highlight them to give them a second life. She is in perpetual search for textures, shapes.
