RED GOLDEN FLOW

A new shoal of fish, this time 32 hand sawed goldfish, tied together to the GOLDEN FLOW. This Shoal is made of copper.
Original airy sculpture: The curves and delicate shine suggest the flow of water and give a purifying air in any environment.
Great art for an entrance, as an eye-catcher in your living room, as an art statement in your office, or to furnish a bedroom wall completely Zen or Feng Shui.
When you hang it to the wall on one or two hooks, this flexible but sturdy sculpture becomes a 3 dimensional shape. If you want it flat to the wall just use more hooks.
It's also possible to lay the sculpture flat on the ground as a kind of long narrow metal carpet: Beautiful on a stone floor, or smooth carpet.

Anne (hand) sawed the fish out of 1 mm thick copper, she pierced them and then sanded them at both sides, piece by piece and then she tied them together into the shoal shape with plated copper wire.

Anne designed the first 'Shoal' in 1995. It was followed by Shoal II and III (in zinc) and a series of "LONG WAVES" in aluminum.
Every one of them was handmade and, although similar, a One of a Kind, with different shapes of fish and/or different shapes as a whole.
The Golden Flow is ideal to customize by stamping text, a poem or names at the back of the fish. Please ask for the possibilities.
