Valery and Tatiana Kirillov are an artist duo from Estonia. Starting from the year 2000, the artists delved into the realm of ceramics, crafting unique sculptures from ceramic and porcelain that take on fantastical and unconventional forms. Often characterized by striking asymmetry and expertly selected glazes, their creations exhibit a mesmerizing play of light, evoking metallic bronze effects and the shimmer of molten glass. This exploration of ceramics and painting on ceramics has become their primary focus, permeating all subsequent artistic endeavors. Since 2005, their works have been showcased in galleries in St. Petersburg, as well as several galleries across Scandinavia and Europe. The artists draw inspiration from the world around them, utilizing it as a driving force for creativity and adopting a creative approach to life in general.
