Γεννήθηκα στην Αθήνα το 1960 και έχω καταγωγή από την Λακωνική Μάνη .
Μητέρα και καλλιτέχνης είχα μία μεγάλη εσωτερική ανάγκη να εκφράσω τα συναισθήματά μου και ,ότι με απασχολούσε μέσα από την ζωγραφική .
Πρώτος μου δάσκαλος ο Ελληνας γλύπτης Φαέθωνας Γρυπάρης. Από το εργαστήριο του ξεκίνησε το ταξίδι μου και η αναζήτηση μου για το σχέδιο ,την φόρμα ,το χρώμα .!!!Ζωγράφιζα ασταμάτητα και δοκίμαζα διάφορες τεχνικές .Ενας μαγικός κόσμος ανοιγόταν μπροστά μου που με παρέσυρε με την ποικιλία του .
Αργότερα αποφάσισα να πάω ένα βήμα πιο πάνω Σπούδασα διακοσμήτρια εσωτερικών χώρων όπου και εργάστηκα 15 χρόνια σε μεγάλες εταιρείες του χώρου.
Το 2011 παίρνω το πτυχίο του τεχνικού συντήρησης αρχαιοτήτων και έργων τέχνης, Αγιογραφίας και Βιβλιοδεσίας και εργάζομαι στο Υπουργείο πολιτισμού .Το 2015 δημιούργησα το δικό μου μικρό εργαστήριο και απασχολούμε στον τομέα της συντήρησης και αποκατάστασης έργων τέχνης , της Αγιογραφίας, της Ζωγραφικής και της βιβλιοδεσίας . Το 2021 ξανακάθομαι στα θρανία, για συμπληρωματικές γνώσεις και παίρνω πτυχίο στην Ζωγραφική Τέχνη από το ΙΕΚ Γλυφάδας .Παράλληλα ασχολούμαι με την ανακύκλωση χαρτιού και δημιουργώ χρηστικά αντικείμενα και εικαστικά κοσμήματα (Paper Time Handmade Paper jewelry )
Ασχολούμαι ενεργά με την ζωγραφική από το 1995 και με την Αγιογραφία από το 2012

Έχω λάβει μέρος σε πολλές ομαδικές εκθέσεις . Ζωγραφικά αλλά και αγιογραφικά έργα μου κοσμούν ιδιωτικές συλλογές και εκκλησίες.
Το 2017 γίνομαι μέλος της UNESCO Club of the Department of Piraeus and Islands και παρουσιάζω τα έργα μου στις εκθέσεις που διοργανώνει.
Είμαι μέλος του συλλόγου βιβλιοδετών Ελλάδος ARA , και του συλλόγου Ελλήνων καλλιτεχνών Ίρις.
