Technique : crayon noir conté.
L'élément "clé" à l'origine de cette illustration est la poignée en fer forgé sur une porte de bois blanche, dont les veinures, en cette fin d'automne, me rappelait un effet de traces dans la neige. Suivant ce fil conducteur, la présence de la mésange vient renforcer l'idée de l'approche des grands froids d'hiver. Cet oiseau est mon préféré en cette saison car sa venue marque un changement important, comme un signal qui invite à préparer l'âtre de sa cheminée ... Illustration présente dans l'ouvrage iconographique "Murmures (de Terra Incognita)".

Karolus regularly shares his art with the public, whether within artistic associations or through individual exhibitions. He is an active member of the Pastel en Dauphiné Association, where he runs thematic workshops and courses. In addition, he is currently in charge of external communication and maintenance of the association's website (pastelendauphine.com). His artistic work is also recognized, since it is registered with the Maison des Artistes and listed as DROUOT, a mark of distinction in the world of art.
