Dedicated to emigration and the feeling of being lost. The erasure of identity and distinctive personality traits
A series of different heads using green black and red colors, texture paste acrylic and oil painting, and a series of sculptural objects.
Green as antagonist to red. The antithesis of energy, aggression, blood. Green as a desire to mimic, to hide, to dissolve.
A state of freezing, crisis, search.
No facial features, no specific emotion, everything is unclear.
Dissolving as behind glass, in a haze in the rain, in a conditional code of information, an image gradually revealing itself through a series of choices.
This is the basis of the identity series.
The form from which the image is gradually created. At first only remotely, but each stroke more clearly forms a concreteness.

Biography
Ksenia Plehanova is a contemporary Russian artist currently based in Israel, specializing in academic painting. First art fair for me @freshpaintartfair
Excited to see how my life is panning out from different angles. I have time to paint, work with children and adults, start several new therapy groups and happily spend sunsets with my family.
