Karina Dhyani Mereki

My art comes from deep intuitive processes.  My father was an excellent oil painter and inspired my interest in painting from an early age. I have not studied art formally, but instead I copied my father and used my intuitive processes. I love to paint landscapes as I am a keen bushwalker and birdie. I also love to paint roses as they fill my garden with so much colour and aroma. I am also a keen gardener and I love to put together my forages from my garden into unusual combinations to create interesting 'still life'.
