Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

In meiner Arbeit verwende ich verschiedene Maltechniken. Zwischen Expressionismus, naiven Malerei und Zeichnung. Ich verwende verschiedene Materialien, unter anderem einen Bronzestift...
In dieser Zeichnung erkunde ich die rohe, ungezügelte Kraft des Art Brut zusammen mit einem Hauch von Expressionismus und Comic-Stil. Die lebendigen Farben und die scheinbar zufälligen Linien fangen die einzigartige Essenz jedes Charakters ein, wobei jeder Strich ihre tiefe emotionale und persönliche Verbundenheit offenbart. Dieses Werk betont die Bedeutung der menschlichen Verbindung und der expressiven Selbstentfaltung. In jedem Raum wird es eine kraftvolle, positive Energie ausstrahlen und Betrachter dazu anregen, die Freude und Komplexität zwischenmenschlicher Beziehungen zu schätzen.
Related themes
Karibou was born, grew up and work in Saint Petersburg. Oil and mixed media expressionist painter and sculptor, in the recent years based in Germany, France and Finland. Her most recent series of works are abstract works which could be described as Modern Abstract painting.
Most of paintings of karibou are very expressive and colourful. Aesthetics of Eastern and Western Europe Art and sometimes with humour and a soft touch of meditation.
Karibou attended classes for free naturalistic drawing by Peter Paulus at Cassel Academy of Arts for several years. She also got inspired by colour painting and have become a passionate self taught painter 🎨Â
Karibou is an established painter from Saint-Petersburg with international exposure. Her works are represented in many international exhibitions, collections and museums.
