Juan Ramón Lemus. (Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas)
Se dedica a la pintura desde inicio de los años ochenta. Produjo obra gráfica importante número de años en el Taller de Rafael Zepeda en la Academia Nacional de San Carlos de la UNAM. Ha participado en diversos talleres de análisis, crítica y producción plástica con Alberto Castro Leñero, Magali Lara, Ignacio Salazar, Roberto Cortázar, Víctor Lerma y danza butho con José Raúl Bravo.
Ha desempeñado diversos cargos públicos en el área cultural en la Ciudad de México y Chiapas, y de manera permanente realiza gestión y promoción cultural de manera independiente. Como museógrafo ha realizado proyectos museográficos de exposiciones de grandes maestros de la plástica nacional y de arte contemporáneo.
En el año 2010 realizó residencias artísticas en el Atelier Presse Papier y Atelier Silex, en Trois Rivières, Quebec; Canadá.
Ha participado en numerosas exposiciones individuales y colectivas en la Ciudad de México y diversos esatdos de México. Fuera del país ha expuesto en Canadá, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Holanda, España, Austria, Polonia, Lituania e Italia, entre otros paises.
Ha recibido reconocimientos en México y fuera del país.
Obra suya forma parte de museos y colecciones privadas en México, Canadá, España, Uruguay,Venezuela, Argentina, Serbia, Polonia e Italia.
En la actualidad prepara exposiciones para Estados Unidos y Canadá. De igual manera realiza proyectos de gráfica, dibujo y pintura.
