Juan Manuel Alvarez Cebrian is a contemporary Spanish artist known for his figurative and sometimes realistic style. His preferred mediums include oil, watercolor, charcoal, and graphite, but his passion lies in engraving, which he finds to be an exciting and dynamic technique. He began his artistic career exhibiting in Spanish galleries around 1990 and joined the Museo Nacional del Prado in Madrid as an art copyist that same year.
