It is a process of printing on art paper using very high-quality pigment inks and printed in very high definition. Its level of conservation is exceptional (more than 100 years), its quality, depth, and richness of nuances exceeds the classic photo print on Argentic paper.
Glossy finish
Apart from its exceptional thickness, the fiber paper is composed of an alpha-cellulose base without acid and it is covered with barium sulphate, and a microporous layer absorption enhancing pigments during printing. A pure white color, non-yellowing to light, this paper is especially designed for resistance and aging. It is used by major museums worldwide as it offers excellent resolution, rendering deep and dense colors.

Un Voyage dans la Matière : La Quête d'un Artiste
L'abstraction et l'expressionnisme ont été les deux leitmotivs d’un parcours artistique de plus de vingt ans. Tout commence par une idée, une graine qui germe jusqu'à devenir une obsession prégnante. Puis vient le moment de la toile, cette catharsis jubilatoire d'une plongée dans la matière, une quête perpétuelle de formes et de fond, guidée par l'étude et la réflexion.
Une sensibilité quasi philosophique traverse les périodes et les années, laissant la peinture s'exprimer librement. Les signatures évoluent : Johan, Joh, Dijoh'ca, et enfin un simple "K." au bas des toiles. Fils d’artistes, ayant grandi dans une famille où l’art était le moteur, l'axe central, le cœur même, entre l’écriture paternelle et les arts graphiques et plastiques maternels.
Se refusant d’abord à toucher à un quelconque médium artistique par défiance, pour éviter d'être là où on l'attendait, il finit par céder. La souffrance d'une séparation le pousse à s'exprimer ; la toile, les couleurs, et la matière deviennent alors des évidences.
La technique et les choix sont déterminants. D’abord viennent les formes et la matière, puis surgissent les couleurs, et la structure commence à se dessiner. Le travail se fait avec diverses techniques, mariant les matières et exploitant leurs réactions chimiques : acrylique, huile, vinyle, émail à froid, tempera, pigments, métal... L'action prend consistance avec des couteaux, des splatters, des éponges.
Les influences sont multiples. Pollock, bien sûr, pour le geste relâché ou contrôlé ; Kandinsky, pour l’exploration de l’intériorité ; Rothko, pour le rapport des formes et des couleurs, comparables à des accords musicaux. On perçoit également une grande part d’Art Informel et de Tachisme.
Enfin, l’école contemporaine de Castres, avec comme point d’accroche DiBeggio, père naturel découvert tardivement, constitue une influence majeure. Cette dernière touche personnelle enrichit la palette artistique d'un voyage dans la matière, marquant une quête perpétuelle de sens et de forme, ancrée dans une sensibilité artistique profondément personnelle.
