Biography
Born in 1986 in Buffalo, New York, Jeffry spent his childhood in southern Ontario and most of his young adulthood in New York City. Returning to the Niagara area in 2013, he began painting with oils in his father’s studio almost immediately and hasn’t stopped since. Over the last decade, Burke has developed his own style of painting that mixes bold color and raw emotion, abstraction and figuration, all these elements tied together by the constant desire to connect with his audience on the deepest level.

Commission work in progress: “Summer Night at the Caffe”
I’ve been working on this one for a couple years now, from a photograph taken by the person who commissioned me. I have to go to the café at night and take another photo from this angle to add on the top and bottom portions which were not in the original photo. I will post it when it is finally finished!
