Jeanpaul Tarasco is a French contemporary artist born in the sixties in the Paris region. Growing up in a calm and quiet environment, he cultivated a passion for drawing, modeling and daydreaming...
Oriented towards advertising graphics, because "drawing must be useful for something", he tried the entrance exam to the Corvisart Professional Graphic Arts High School.
Although he failed at first, he returned a few years later to take training that confirmed his aptitude for visual expression.
The artisanal world of costume jewelry will open its doors to him for a time. There he will acquire valuable technical skills. This experience will allow him to develop his dexterity, his meticulousness and his ease in the practice of colors and their application.
By settling in Hauts-de-Seine, he met artists who shared his passion.
Together, they will occupy a workshop that will become a real springboard for his creativity. This workspace will allow him to rediscover and refine artistic techniques that had been put aside until then.
His artistic journey is enriched by a varied exploration of drawing tools: colored pencils, graphite, pastel, ballpoint pen and ink pen. He avoids painting for a while, but one day he decides to pick up a brush. This moment marks the beginning of a new stage in his artistic career, where the art of painting reveals itself as obvious.
Today, he continues to explore his artistic aspirations, determined to share his unique vision of the world through his works.
