Ilan Weinmann (iW)
Né en 1972 à Zurich (Suisse). Installé en France depuis 1980.
IW est un artiste autodidacte, nourri de nombreuses expériences
personnelles et professionnelles qui lui ont permi de développer des compétences dans les domaines de la vidéo, de la photo et des animations 2D.

Il interprète également les rapports charnels qu’entretiennent l’homme et la machine, en abordant fréquemment le thème de la procuration.
Il evolue avec une forme de ‘calligraphie automatique’, qui s’inscrit dans un registre intuitif engagé, cultivant ses observations dans la plupart de ses œuvres.
