French pop art artist, iisteregg, born in the 90's, mixes geek and pop culture references through his works by adding vintage consoles and other objects related to retrogaming, triggering emotions and memories related to childhood / adolescence.

His creations, like easter eggs, hide nods to legendary heroes of the geek universe such as Pokémon, Mangas (Dragon Ball Z, One Piece, Naruto...), video games (Mario Kart, Pacman, Tetris, Crash Bandicroot, Rayman..), Video game consoles (Nintendo gameboys, super nintendo, playstation, ...), Cinema (matrix, kill bill, marvels, batman, superman, ...) and TV Series (Simpsons, South Park, American Dad). The combination of nostalgia, art and retrogaming is part of his creative universe. His mission ? Trigger emotions and memories buried in each of us.

Its name, iisteregg, is a tribute to easter eggs found in video games, movies and computer programs, which are often hidden surprises for users. The "ii" also recalls the importance of Japanese culture in the artist, who draws many references from this country. His works are unique or limited edition pieces, using acrylic paint, lenticular visuals on canvas or aluminum dibond to create magical and surprising effects.
