Biography
Hazel Thomson is a contemporary award-winning British painter. She paints with a pallet knife and brush, adding multiple layers of texture, giving her work a sense of depth. Thomson’s work is described as a mixture of realism, contemporary and impressionistic.
She has won People's Choice Awards nine times, two times was in Top 5 artists in American Art Awards - first time for the category World’s Best Artists of Landscape Impressionism and second time for the category World’s Best Artists of Realism Landscape. Circle Foundation for the Arts awarded her in 2020 with Certificate of Excellence.
Hazel Thomson paintings are in private collections all over the UK, USA, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Russia, Italy, Finland, and France.
