"Hal Studholme, a native of New Jersey, has never received any prestigious art grants. He has dropped out of several fine institutions of higher learning and been rejected by a few more. He is currently unemployed, and has applied to a local grocery store chain four times, with never even an email back from them. Despite these obstacles, he continues to experiment with the elements of composition using the mediums of photography, collage and digital manipulation. And he is loved by small children and many other humans and animals."
