Galina Scobioala was born in 1963, in  Moldova In 1983 she had graduated from the University with a Masters degree in Economics. She had a childhood full of extracurricular activities being interested in everything related to art. The violin was one of her instrumental passions. She sang with her voice participating in the most famous choral festivals representing her school and in the cultural activities of her hometown.
Painting came later in her life putting a perfect mastery on everything that really means passion.

Acrylic and watercolor are used as work techniques, and the most recent passion has become creation using the collage method. Here materials such as: files, fabric, cardboard, washable wallpaper of high quality and resistance to humidity and temperatures are used.
Galina's work is well known for its sophisticated and elegant style and very fresh colour palette. She uses her brush as powerful tool of self-expression. As an artist she translates the surrounding world into language of colour, to transform people souls and their emotions into graceful forms.
Use of brilliant colours schemes and intriguing texture make her art work stand out and reflect the unique ability to create visual impact on the viewer.
During the last five years, she has worked with many galleries across Macedonia, Moldova, Romania and Russia. She currently resides and works as a full-time artist in Romania.
