Franziska Kolbe was born in Magdeburg in 1981, her roots lie in GDR history.
She studied performing arts from 1998 to 2003 at the HfMDK Frankfurt am Main and at the Berlin University of the Arts.
During and after her studies, she performed on a variety of stages in Germany and as a street artist.
