Born in 1957, art conquered the heart of the artist at an early age. At his father's request, however, he embarked on a traditional career, and art remained a beloved hobby. Until the 90s, Franz Grausenburger studied traditional techniques and made a name for himself in them. Original works from this period, created on canvas and paper. Ink, watercolor, oil - all these techniques were used.

Then there was a longer creative break - the diagnosis of post-polio syndrome put a stop to classical art.

In 2022, Franz Grausenburger finally discovered the possibilities of digital painting for himself and continues to develop in this area.
