Elizaveta Fedorova

When she was a teenager, she dreamed of creating postcards and greeting cards to convey through them to their recipients the value of the beauty of the moment. Thus, in the first decade of the 21st century, as a hobby, she began creating postcards from digital photographs, mostly about flowers.
Later on, when she began to travel alone in the second decade, she acquired a passion for travelling which became a process for knowing the spirit of places and people. She then also addressed the topic of landscapes or interesting objects. Those postcards featured images captured on the streets of a city/place.
The beginning of the third decade of the century did not allow her to travel, but it made her reflect more deeply, experimenting with what was in kept in the "chest" of photographs taken on previous trips; it is then that she developed her own technique to express herself creating images by experimenting with the transparency of various photos without altering their original characteristics.
In this way, each resulting image is the fusion of 4–6 layers of digital photographs. Currently, she generally works in two types of areas/topics:

- existential - where she expresses the passion for travelling through life based on travel photographs (the images are usually more complex, consisting of 6 layers of different photos of the same place)

- romantic - expressing passion for the mysteries of love, the laws of attraction and human relationships by using macrophotography, images of flowers (compositions with 4 layers of similar photographs of the same flower/floral elements)
Elizaveta believes that thanks to art, she can live two lives every day. She combines her creative activity with her "earthly life" by dedicating herself to the area of human resources, in particular teaching some subjects in this field at the university. She is in love with life and life feels it, that is why it gives her inspiration and allows her to create new tools to express and share this love.
