She paints out of need and vocation. She creates using tempera technique on icon paintings, paper and canvas. She treats the world of spirit, nature and people as interpenetrating entities. Her inspiration is nature in every sense of the word: as nature and the processes occurring in it, as a force shaping organisms, but also as specific innate human features. The leitmotif of her paintings is identity understood as distinctiveness and uniqueness, but also as identity with others. Her paintings are a record of emotions and feelings released by authentic encounters, experiences and places.
She mainly paints portraits, which she calls portraits of souls - they refer to the psyche, pushing external appearance into the background. She also creates on silk.
