At some point I thought "how beautiful that hand is"... and the folds on the duvet... and the waves of hair. As beautiful as this moment of existence, even without thoughts and emotions.
Melancholy changed to curiosity. Lying there without a goal became a moment of contemplation of beauty, a moment of pleasure of the magnificence of being...

It is made on 100% cotton paper designed for watercolor from one of the world’s best manufacturer and has a density of 300 grams/meter.

My name is Diana. I was born and live in Ukraine. I've been drawing all my life, in one way or another. At school and university I thought my main strengths were technical, so I studied as a programmer and graduated as an IT-specialist, but my creativity took up more and more time in my life, and eventually led me to the profession of a full-time artist.
In my spare time I like riding horses and travelling. Riding and visiting other cities and countries gives me a sense of freedom, where diversity and discovery inspires me to create new arts.
For me, creativity is a powerful way of Self-reflection. A way for the artist and the viewer to know themselves. Through art I search for the meanings of life. I explore the visual part of what gives me the impulse to move on, both on ordinary days and in difficult moments.
Through meditation and detailed observation of the world, I can feel the wonder of the "life flow" and discover new facets of existence. I look within myself and around me for what arouses a desire for life and love, and then I show it in my paintings.
I like experimenting with different materials, but my mains are watercolor and gouache.
