Daryna Olinkevych

I am a 22 year old artist from Kyiv, Ukraine. I was pursuing a law degree for three years until I found my real passion and entered the Academy of Arts. I am currently renting a studio here in Kyiv.

I like experimenting with forms, textures and movement to fully grasp what is in my mind and to reflect it on a surface like cardboard, canvas or paper.

My art is about a general experience of a human being on this Earth, with all its ups and downs as a part of something bigger. I believe that art may heal, and I see a special aim in it to be healing not only for the artist but also for a viewer. Enjoying art is enjoying life.
