My name is Daria and I am an artist from Russia.
I’m 31 years old and as long as I can remember I’ve always dreamed of being an artist only. From an early age I began to attend clubs, then there was an art school and an art university. There was also a period of my life that I devoted to teaching. However, it is drawing that I would like to do all my life. Nowadays some part of the year I draw at home, and another part devote to plein air trips. It is also important not to forget about improving skills. Moreover I try to learn more by visiting workshops and master classes of more skilled artists than I am all the time. I draw landscapes and portraits the most. I’m equally passionate about painting and drawing
What is the message of my work?
The main theme of my work is love for the world around us. The love for something obviously beautiful, and also the love for seemingly inconspicuous things. I try to create each work with a soul. I want my works to touch the audience, to encourage them to become closer to art.
