Mexico

Cyr Casas was born in Mexico in 1968. He has dual French-Mexican nationality. He studied in France, in Nantes at the Lycée Saint Stanislas, where he obtained his BAC A3 (Visual Arts) and attended classes at the Atelier du Moulin in the same city.

Since 1986, he has taken up residence in Mexico and more precisely in the small colonial town of San Miguel de Allende, in the state of Guanajuato, this since 2001, where he produces his works and presents them permanently in several galleries of the locality. Also, he takes and gives lessons in different techniques such as engraving, sculpture, ceramics, etc...
