Née en 1969 à l'île de la Réunion, je réalise rapidement que le plaisir de peindre prend de plus en plus de place dans mon univers personnel. Autodidacte en premier lieu, je décide en 1999 d'approfondir mes connaissances et de concrétiser cette passion par un diplôme d'arts plastiques. Les hasards de la vie et de mes rencontres me permettent de m'installer à Mayotte, à Madagascar, puis au Bénin et de découvrir le Niger et les touaregs. Ce sont ces coups de foudre, et les impressions ressenties lors de ces voyages que je transmets par l'intermédiaire de ma peinture, toute empreinte des couleurs de l'Afrique et, je l'espère, de la chaleur de ses habitants.
